• Fixed an issue where the poe usage display a wrong value.

Tested with M4250 v13.0.4.23.

• Fixed an issue where the plugin would not reconnect automatically after a design push.
• Fixed an issue where ports that don't support POE displayed POE usage.
• Fixed the stroke color of the port in device view when it displays POE as active on unsupported ports.
